The Book of Enlightenment - A guide to a better life

Wednesday 5th December 1934

Pray ye oh ye my material scribes that strength may be given thy mind and material body to enable ye to follow closely along the path that thou hast so wisely chosen. Pray to the Supreme God and unto those that are around thee.

I bring unto thee a message of Light in words that no material mind should fail to understand. Ye who journey forward to the Light of truth hovering over the mire of weeds, surrounded by many bright lights of fame, the path on which thou now treadeth is very narrow. Thou findeth in thy material understanding the path is far from smooth, but be ye not tempted by the material lights that surround thee, for ye are like unto the moth, thy wings will surely scorch. Stray not my material friends, let there dwell in thy mind a desire, a willingness for perseverance, tolerance, for thou art about to become the mouthpiece of God the Supreme Power, above all things material and spiritual. Forget ye not that thou worketh for the Supreme Power, God. Be not tempted by the bright lights of fame. Give thy strength in thy desire to help the Supreme Power of God.

There are many things thou dost not understand but heed ye not for thou art journeying forth towards the Light and Understanding, so thou wilt travel with better understanding of the teachings of Power.

I will travel with thee my material friends in a short journey around the material world.

There are many thoughts in the material mind, thoughts accepting thy God, the teachings of God, thoughts rejecting the teachings of God.

Thou art surrounded by an unbalanced opinion as to the truth of thy God. Scribes and teachers of this great work hath come to thy material life, who hath passed beyond the spiritual spheres and surroundings, preaching and teaching but confirming not with solid proofs, aye even of an existence beyond the material life. Aye even leaving in thy materials minds the doubt of a Spiritual Life after thou hast left the material plane, thus forming in the material minds the very doubt of a spiritual existence and in thy Lord God the Supreme Power. Yet in thy heart dwelt the fear of God but often yea very often, thou casteth aside thy acceptance of the thoughts of God to scorch thy wings in the material flame that surroundeth thy life, liken unto the moth, brings unto ye but disaster, regret and pain. Heed ye not the bright lights my material children. Tread ye firmly along the path that will show unto thee in thy progressive search for truth, for unlike thy brothers thou shalt prove thy words, proving without a doubt to the material minds the existence and survival of thy Spiritual selves and surroundings.

Much work hath been accomplished in the past, written and described in the Book thou callest the Bible. Much truth have ye written, but better proof hath been given in thy existence on the material plane. The material minds now gifted with better understanding cry aloud for proof, proof, proof.

This proof shall be given unto those that desire proof and a better understanding.

But understand ye my friends, thou shalt seek with loving desire in thy hearts eagerly searching in the services of thy Supreme God. Yea my friends thy Spiritual Advisors are willing to teach ye, willing to lead thee along the Path of knowledge and understanding.

We desire ye to follow eagerly, willingly ye shall be led, "ye shall not be driven".

Choose ye the flame or the path of truth. Oh ye material masses, cast thine eyes around thee, see thy brethren sinking in the mire, see thy sisters scorching their wings in the flames.

Thy material life is but a moment, a moment working, striving to fulfil the work allotted, the work of thy God, the Supreme God desires of thee.

Oh ye miserable material masses for thou art surrounded by misery, thy feet rest not on a solid path. Thou feeleth ever the desire to scorch thy wings, ever tempted, urged through misunderstanding, turning thy footsteps away from the path of light and truth in thy endeavour to reach the flame.

Let thy work be a desire of love. Love thy Supreme God, cast aside thy material thoughts, accepting the teachings of Truth, for surely thy material minds have progressed since the writings of thy previous teachings. Thou must surely conceive the foundations of Truth. Proof of survival hast been given to thee, thou hast accepted the Proof and search with strong desires for Spiritual Enlightenment.

The journey which thou art preparing for will bring unto thee proof, the light, the understanding, that thou and thy material friends desire. Why follow ye in the footsteps of the moths that have gone before. Nay scorch ye not thy wings, look around thee first the flame is all around thee, thou seeth the results - disaster.

Ye that are shown the Light, the new Light, try ye my friends, the new Light can but scorch thy wings. This new Light offers ye another Path, but remember it must be trod with desire, why hesitate, surely thy misery cannot be greater.

Yea my friends it burns feebly the Light far away in the distance, but it is supported by proof.

Thy footsteps may weary but thy desire for the Truth shall lead ye on.
