Progression

The Book of Enlightenment - A guide to a better life

Saturday 10th September 1938

Progression in your language when analysed is recognised as to build, to better, to advance to our mutual betterment something bigger more intelligent. For to progress one must realise the necessity of development. Development of what? To answer that question one must first recognise the advisability to dissect and treat individually each separate component that we find in the assembly of that which is. We have endeavoured to recognise or to accept that which we see before us a body of many. The Power of a controlling Spirit a source of an intelligent supply that reinforces our endeavours as the Soul for the moment we recognise but three. For your enlightenment that ye may better understand within the Spheres of your own mental acceptance I speak first unto those who recognise the solidity of the Sphere of their own acceptance. That Sphere is strangely termed to the mental acceptance or intelligence of many. When we speak of Spheres we speak of advancement enlightenment knowledge. A class that has not progressed mentally or spiritually through their own greed and selfishness fail to recognise other than what is in their vision stands exposed naked before thine eyes. 'Tis sad that in many there lacks the determination the desire to recognise the Power of God. Thus it is my intention to bring to you in words that we hope you will better understand.

Ye who worship the flesh and live within the Spheres of the acceptance of the flesh live in a Sphere of the beginning and the Sphere of selfishness. Ye recognise not the control of the Spirit, the inspiration of the Soul or the Power of God. Ye who live in the flesh live in a Sphere alone and ye who recognise nought but the flesh are ordained to the darkness of the unenlightened flesh thou can but hope to live to receive and to gather but that which is acceptable to the Sphere of the flesh. It has been spoken with truth and wisdom that the flesh that composes the assembly of the body is many ever changing individual portions of life. Life inspired governed and controlled by something more powerful than the life that exists.

Progression or enlightenment better enables us to understand the source of our advancement to recognise that which exists that which is the source of inspirations to live but ye who live in the flesh understandeth not the Controlling Force a more powerful Force that governs the source of thy beginning of advancement towards the Spheres of progression. It is simple and better portrayed in the words that have been spoken. Ye who live in the flesh live alone in the darkness failing to accept or trust in the Power and the Knowledge of the predominating forces that would teach ye the wisdom, that could bring to ye the desire and the knowledge for progression.

Ye who live in the flesh can but die in the flesh and as the flesh doth change and scatter o'er the material soil, the flower of progression fails to exist in the sphere of progression thus thou hast as thou didst desire lived in the flesh and died in the flesh, condemning the flesh to the sphere of darkness rejecting the light, rejecting the Power of thy spiritual correction a flower has been neglected left unenlightened undernourished undeveloped. That flower was thy spirit, but thou didst cast it into the darkness through thy lack of faith and thy desire for greed, greed to live within thy knowledge of flesh and but a flesh of the moment. The body or the flesh is but a part of many but each and every part is an individual; some of the components are ungovernable, uncontrollable uninspired unenlightened, lacking in faith or the acceptance of the force, of opposition of the brotherly interest of others of the assembly of the flesh, thus lacking in harmony each and every component living in selfish desires to dwell in the sphere of acceptance of each and every desire. Thus we recognise in flesh the lack of knowledge to understand or to accept; a leader that each and every one desires self, self alone. Thus we recognise the spheral plane of the material flesh as a struggling mass of unruly faithless components.

Having dealt to some lengths with the spheral condition of the flesh we will now endeavour to bring to your attention the Power of the Spirit. First we must recognise the Spirit as something that our eyes are as yet unable to see. Having advanced or progressed in the acceptance of the knowledge of a Force or a Power that controlleth the massed assembly of the flesh, we recognise that which to the flesh is still unrecognised hidden in the darkness of unenlightenment as it is a sphere of faith and trust or knowledge or wisdom; the acceptance of something that is, but we cannot see or feel, but in our faith, our trust we recognise but the benefits of the Power invisible, likened unto the Power of the sun that shines and governs the Power of development, that controls the material advancement of thine own gardens. Can ye not in your material darkness, gaze upon the beauties of a material garden and there recognise the Power of the Sun and control of the spheral elements that governs the growth and progression of the flowers therein. Yes ye see and recognise the wisdom and advisability of the acceptance of the force that requires not faith and trust to understand. Do ye not realise that this force that governs the growth and controls the energy is not understood by the flower that benefits thereby, yet in thee is a kindred growth governed and controlled by a kindred Power, the Power of the Spirit, fed by the faith of the Soul, but I call to thy recognition the unenlightened turmoil of the components of the assembly of the flesh, accepting not, trusting not, and faithful to nought but self and the selfish desire of the moment of self. Yet in the kindred gardens of progression of vegetables we are privileged to observe the Power of Powers the Controlling Force of many such Powers of God. Why in thy material mind dost thou in thy selfishness condemn thy God for his lack of attention to grant unto ye the Power that ye continually despise and cast aside in thy acceptance of nought but flesh and the Power of Flesh. O'er balanced is thy faculties and determination to control in the Spirit the unruly forces of the many components known unto ye as I, my flesh my material flesh, the first condemnation of the Spheral acceptance of selfishness to recognise nought but that which is within the sphere in which ye for the moment occupy. A pitiful condition no trust, no spirit, no soul, no God, no sunshine, no progression, no Power. Why? Thine own greed to retain that which ye have, and enshroud in the darkness of misunderstanding the incentive of determination the wisdom to see and recognise the sun that shines in the Spiritual guiding influence that endeavours to bring to ye the knowledge and enlightenment that would lift ye to the spheres of progression. Let us pause to recognise the strength and the Power of the sun, we take our flower from the light of the sun from the support of the soil, it soon withers and dies. Thus we recognise the advisability of the acceptance of the Power as a predominating force a necessary force in the development and nourishment and progression of that flower of the garden. It has been spoken many times that ye are but a flower embedded in a kindred soil, a flower supported and controlled by a spiritual sun, nourished and matured by a planetary source in accordance with the development of your acceptance of the Powers that be. If the food and the fruits of God in the form of words of wisdom and truth failed to nourish thy lips because thou dost reject the food thus offered thee by God thou dost starve and condemn thy material flesh to the agonies of thy acceptance; in agonies of weakness thou dost cry in pain to the Power of Powers the Power of God, the Power of the Spirit and the Power of the Soul to ease thy burden and when the load is lifted from thy heavily burdened self, burdens that o'er weight thy Power to support, burdens thou hast gathered in the slime of darkness until what thou hast amassed, to recognise nothing but self casting aside repeatedly the truth and God and forces that bring to ye the nourishment of God's desire.

Nay, ye are not neglected in the darkness, the sun for ye does always shine the sun that is in accordance to the acceptance of thy desire to receive the force then the Spirit then the Soul and then the mighty Power of God.

First thy self, for we live for self and whilst self is first, the moment akin to our acceptance and all that we desire. We secondly think and accept the thought of the Spirit and perhaps of the soul, we may think sometimes of the Power of our God. I pray ye to recognise the source of Power to Progress, ye are wise to recognise that which is the guiding influence that will develop the beauty of your assembly, aye in the flesh in the spirit and the Soul in accordance with the desire of God and that which ye possess. Recognise not the advisability of living for a moment, learn to understand and develop the Power that governs our development. Ye that desire food to satisfy the material flesh cannot ye recognise the Controlling Force that governs the growth of the Source of thy supplies, that thou so desire is the source of thy strength, as it is the source of thy supplies, then the wisdom of the advisability to learn more of the source the foundation from whence we derive the source of our support, spiritually or materially, there is a beginning a foundation, something that we must recognise and I bring to you the truth when I say unto you "The predominating force and recognised source of all governing controlling Force is the Power of God".

Strengthen thy determination to reach thy God. Strengthen thy determination to understand the Controlling Force of the Spiritual supply, shall we term it the rays directed by the Power of God the spiritual rays endeavouring to govern in accordance with the desires of the flesh. If the flesh desires not the light the light is o'er shrouded, "I" living in the sphere of "I" accepting as "I" will the Powers of Powers. The Power of God be a secondary force a force that ye for the moment in your acceptance is of no consequence. Ye who in thy selfish endeavours to praise thy material wisdom, and yet ye fail in thy endeavours to progress. With all thy wisdom thou dost fail to support that which ye as self possess. If God who can produce the fruits, that which is in every form, thou must recognise the wisdom of the acceptance of the Power of God. Ye slumber ye partake of that which is forced between thy parched lips, thou dost fail to awaken to the knowledge that which ye desire is in abundance, had ye but the determination to rise and gather the glories and the sunshine of God. I pray that God will be lenient and patient with ye greedy selfish material assemblies.
