The Book of Enlightenment - A guide to a better life

Sunday 28th November 1937

Let ye who are material and spiritual assemble in harmony and peacefully gaze o'er the pages of the past. Yea now dawns the realisation of the wisdom the necessity to pause for silent meditation whence dawns the realisation of the wasted moments our failures our advancement. Whence in the turmoil the strife the greed for possession. As we gaze o'er the life that has swiftly gone there dawns the realisation the uselessness of our greed. There are those that breathe unto the last and depart to their spheres of darkness with a sigh of satisfaction at the comforting thought that they have provided in the battle to possess the material wealth that will leave in the possession the power and the incentive in those they have left upon the material sphere. The seeds taken from the lips of their starving material brethren to promote the incentive for their offspring to create the power to continue to destroy to govern to control the forces of material who like sheep will follow the example to desire and possess, to sell their souls for a portion of sin for is it not sin to possess the seed snatched from the lips of thy hungry brother. Yea my friends thy days of possession are numbered and few the darkness will come as does the night and with the darkness thou shalt slumber and dream and in thy dreams thou shalt realise and with the dawn of the morning light thou shalt open thine eyes refreshed strengthened by the realisation that rest and peace and the balanced condition will enable ye to enjoy the comforting warmth of God's Power of peace undisturbed by the desire to possess the peace free from the turmoil of material activities free from the daily thought that they might possess more of the worldly goods than their share from Gods garden of love.

Ye who are Spiritual who have risen from thy slumbers and awaken with the light of God's Holy Sunshine are now permitted to open thine eyes and gaze upon the turmoil the activities of this unenlightened sphere of materialism that thou hast cast aside as in a dream thou dost realise the necessity of assisting those in the darkened sphere of misunderstanding the sphere that thou didst dwell in the short moments of thy material trial realise that thou art but a sphere removed a material awakened from the sleep of realisation and walk ye in the darkness of material life. Pray for the strength and inspiration to govern and guide the erring footsteps of thy material unenlightened brother. Ye who are refreshed and whose soul hast awakened no longer dream give thy strength and thy advice and thus correct the maddening desire for greed and possession that ye in the error of your material sojourn didst possess. Then return my friends to the garden of rest where turmoil and strife greed and possessions are unknown. Arise to the Sphere and there thou will be privileged to enjoy the beauty of God's protecting influence enjoy the fragrance of the unpolluted blossoms without the contaminated weeds of materialism. For the moment I pray that ye pause that ye too may realise the beauty of rest free from strife free from greed a material world a world in harmony a world that finds a joy in rest a joy to share to give, to help those to the seat of splendour in a garden of equalisation. Ye who are seeds of progression are one and all governed and controlled by the Father, the influence of God and God's Holy Force. Let not thy wilfulness detach thy seed from the protecting force that struggle to bring enlightenment and protection to thy erring footsteps from straying onto the infertile soil into the darkness of weeds. As in the garden of thy material recollections they will strangle and destroy all that thou didst covet thy life thy soul then as thou dost enter the darkness there shalt thou realise what profit ye who have sold their soul.
