The Book of Enlightenment - A guide to a better life

Saturday 27th November 1937

Ye who are spiritual and material who linger in the pleasant warmth enjoying the protection of God's Holy Influence realise the necessity of thy prayer for a prayer to thy God is a promise from thy Soul. Wouldst thou deceive thy God by living for a moment basking for a moment in the sunshine of the garden of enlightenment whence thou dost return to thy Sphere. Be thine a Sphere of darkness a material Sphere forget not thy prayer and thy promise defile not the lips that God in the future desires to use for the enlightenment and upliftment of thy less enlightened brother. Materialism the lower sphere of the passing to the darkness are Spheres of doubt seeking enlightenment which in the shadows they fail to find. Canst thou wonder they pass the very gates thy lips that are hidden by the darkness enshoulded the light of God that there should shine, how canst thou support the light of Holiness when it is thy intention to defile to cover.

So my friends fail not to recognise that ye who are disciples are so surrounded by material spiritual influences that those who have journeyed beyond the Spheres fail to recognise the jewel that is buried in the slime. Thy strength is my material strength, strange words to the material but realise 'tis thee and thine who desire material strength for thy enlightenment.

Material strength we desire not for we live beyond desire but thy strength is my strength to descend to the spheres of thy acceptance so friends drag us not deeper in the mire you drag us to Hell. We lift ye gently from the agonies of darkness, we submit to the call thy agonising cry for truth, call ye not for an hour to sink into the darkness of tomorrow. Live for the Cause trust in the Power thy faith and thy trust is our strength to descend to the Spheres to lift ye from the darkness to the Light of God.

In the Church are many languages and many spheres here we learn of a Power of strength a guiding influence we seek the light but as in the material world we soon forget a lesson we may learn. Many seeds that are sown within the church fall unrecognised unmatured flowers and fruit discarded unwanted until our hungry lips lead our footsteps unto the temple where food is plentiful where we hear a voice of encouragement.

Words spoken and respoken, we call we pray, we trust we forget. Strong in the moments of our weakness is our faith as strong as the pain we bear casting aside the obligations from whence we received the nourishment that granted us the desires for which we are wont to pray. Ye who are Spiritual ascending from the material who are advancing towards the light recognise thy duties and remember the prayer that gave unto ye the light ye are privileged to enjoy. Return thy faith to strengthen the desires of those ye are privileged to control in accordance with upliftment or ye shall return with the wisdom of compliance shall enter unto thine own actions God's Will be done.

Ye my friends who control the material Sphere ye who have recognised the Power of God whose faith can never be broken. Pray to the Power that is thine influence thine own acceptance to bring to ye the strength that ye may govern the influence that governs material Spheres. We trust thy governing influence as ye trust in God. There are thy seeds are ye who are the gardeners of the flowers and the weeds, attend to the seeds so as to produce that which is worthy of thy control. Ye that are material and who sometimes have faith in God and who desire to think at all times thy faith is faith, listen to the cry, the warning, thy faith thy trust thy advancement is controlled by the moments of strife by thine own power to defy the influences that bring the sphere of doubt into thy mind.

Go ye forth as through the light fear ye not where thy feet may tread are they not controlled and governed by an influence of trust.
